Zune pass linked to banned gamertag

Does anybody know what happens to a Gamertag linked to a Zune Marketplace account ($15/month pass, plus bought songs, etc). Since both accounts are one and the same, would sombody hit by the banhammer on the 360 be affected on the Zune Marketplace?

From what I read the recent ban only banned consoles not gamertag so you should be ok.

Why dont you try logging on Zune on your PC and see

It will have to wait until Monday because I've been away from home since the bans began, I was just curious if it had happened to somebody else... It would be a pain in the ass to redownload all the songs from the marketplace and set up a new account...
