I have audio of a different language that I want to add into an M2TS that I have. Unfortunately, the audio gets more and more out of sync as the movie goes forward. It starts out well enough, almost entirely in sync. By the later parts of the film, it gets faster and faster (audio is heard before the characters speak). How can this be corrected?

I noticed that the original audio stream is 640Kbps, while the one I'm trying to add is 448Kbps. I also noticed that, if I compare the videos of the two movies, they start out almost identical, but say, at 25 minutes, one of them is far ahead of the other one.

Looks like what I need to do is time-stretch the MKA (AC3) that I exported. The audio is a few seconds shorter than the video, when the versions appear to be the same. Is there a tool that can time-stretch an AC3 file (in an MKA container)?
