is it possible to have games that auto update your ps3 without warning/notification?

and if the ps3 is jailbreak enabled, does it has something to block/stop auto update?

Well they will have to tell you if they are going to make changes to the system. Anything installed without the owners consent or knowledge can be considered as spyware and hence probably illegal. Though $ony have gotten away with quite a bit of nonsense lately.

$ony did introduce an auto update feature but this can be disabled in the settings.
