Hi Guys,

We just got a PS3 and logged onto the PS netowork and downloaded some demos to test it out and its realy cool..

I see i can buy full games in the ps store and wondered how i save these if i buy them?

Im guessing they will download to the ps3 hard drive but then what happens can i save them to the pc to back them up in case i have a problem and need to reinstall them?

Or am I just as well to buy the games from my local ps3 store and get the disc?

Appologies if this has been covered, I did a search and dont see anything so links would be appreciated if ive missed them..

You can re-download any purchased game or demo as many times as you want on that account on that PS3. You can also game share with up to 5 other PS3's (if you want to, but I suggest not since it would probably REALLY confuse you). You will also have to buy 99% of your games in physical form as they are not available on the PSN.

Thanks Oner,

This is our first ps3 so I guess it will take us a while to get our heads round all of what you can do....

Ive been flicking through the forums so hopefully we will get there.
