I have a Dell Professional P190S 19-inch Flat Panel Monitor, as well as a brand new HDMI to DVI cable, but when I connect the two, my monitor recognizes that it is connected, but all I get is a black screen. I already tried holding the power button to reset the PS3, but I am still having the same problem. From what I can tell from dell.ca, the monitor also supports HDCP, so that's not an issue either. Any ideas? Thanks!

Not sure, but I don't think that screen supports any of the PS3 resolutions. Even if it did, they would look terrible being stretched to 4:3 ratio.

(serious) thank you for being the only person on every forum I posted on to not type "reset it", even though I already said I did! Yeah, eventually I just figured its the screen... good thing I was planning on buying another one anyway. Thank you!!!
