Hi , i have a 60gb ps3 that i fixed for YLOD problem , but now the internet wont work (not sure it did before i did ylod repair) , but is one of the seperate boards on the inside of a 60gb ps3 the network board/card ? or is it controlled directly onto the main mother board?

i'm pretty sure the issue is not with the internet settings on the ps3 , i think it might be hardware related.

Can anyone help.

Well, looking at the pictures here, it seems that the ethernet is built onto the main board.

Wifi is on a separate board, but the wired ethernet is built into the main board iirc. Try and see if you can get connected via wifi.
