mgs4 disc problem help

i just have bought the ps3 game metal gear solid 4(platinum),
im noticing that the blue ray disk is differnet from others, this one got like rainbow colours wavy, is this somthing normal, or its getting damaged. the disk plays normally
any help pls

Are you talking about the underside of the disc? I just took a look at a few of my discs (including an original copy of MGS4), and the undersides of them all have a small, rainbow-colored ring near the center of the disc. I'm guessing it's some sort of security check... or something.

Not sure if that's what you're talking about, but that's what I've got.

no not in the centre of the disk, the whole disk( in the side of the readable one)these are some stange looking wavy rainbow lines. i heared that most who have this game got that problem, is it cause its a dual layer disc?
