mkv2vob file size error

Since a few weeks ago I started to get problems with muxing mkv files...

I have a couple of 1080p mkv videos large than 6 gigs with transformers 2 topping over 13 gigs. I never had a problem muxing large files.

But now every thing goes good but the file it makes is almost every time 4.18 gb and when I watch the film it stops in the middle.

I tried tsmuxer but it gives an error in de middle of the muxing.

Please help need mah 1080p films on mah ps3!
