Need some help with my Code Breaker (V9.1)

At first my ps3 would not even read the disk but now it can. However now that it can read it I have another issue.

Anytime I try to start a game it says "Game did not start. Please retry."

Is there anyway around this? I suspect it maybe from how the PS# starts its games, since it could be different from how the ps2 loads up a disc, but I'm not 100% sure.

my ps3 FW is 3.5

Is this a PS2 disc? If it is, it won't work on your PS3 unless your PS3's capable of playing PS2 backups.

Also, even if you got it to work, I don't think you'd be able to use it.

through the power of google I found out last night about 2 hours after I posted ehre that only CB version 9.3 and higher can work with a ps3. Everything else give the same problem I am having.

Guess I need to buy a new ps2 then -_-, since mine is totally foobared.

although I do have an idea which i need to check up on.
