Problems with Download from PSN

I'm having problems with some of the DLC that I've bought from the PSN. This what is happening... Most recently I got the new Capcom vs Marvel 2 it download and install but when I go play the game it says to play full I most buy it even tho I already have and is has install... I have also downloaded some songs for guitar hero world tour and that freezes the game up at the load screen but if i delete the data and start the game without the downloaded songs it works? I have also downloaded the map packs for Killzone 2 which don't even show up and if I try to play a game with those maps it says I must download the map packs first even tho I already have once again. Called playstation they said i had to forward some ports that didnt work. I tried setting up a dmz and that didnt work. Called playstation back told them I try what they said with no luck. The dumbass told me to plug my ps3 directly into my modem like that wasnt the first thing i tried... they say they didnt know? I need help please

I don't know if this would have an effect, but is your PS3 authorized? If you go to Account Management, you can authorize a console, and that could maybe help.

Also, with games you buy, sometimes you need to download the demo, and the full version is just a patch. That happened with me when I bought Elefunk, I had to download the trial.

no thats not it my console is active and i know about the demo stuff... anyone else... i had and old ps3 that crashed on me could that have something to do with it? cuz i never had this problem on my old ps3
