My PS3 disc drive accepts and ejects discs but does not spin up. The system is apart. I've tried dvds B-ray's, cd's,PS2 games, everything. It accepts the disc then clicks 3 times like its trying to spin but does nothing. This is a 60GB model. Thanks, I see alot of good help here so I feel safe taking the advice.

its pretty obvious what your prob is, your motor is iether dead or jammed, u can try to unjamm it, buy a new motor, or in a better solution, buy a new ps3, alot of the 60 gb models had probs, im not sure how you would feel about a slim.
