my ps3 has lost all the demos and saved files etc.on it...has gone back 2 factory brand new, like it was when i brought it, it still works ,i was woundering why it did this,i have not done anything apart from play games on it....

well if you cant save anything on the ps3, sounds like your hdd is dead and you should replace it. But if you can still save on the factory hdd, then i honestly have no idea of what happened.

If it still works perfectly fine but missing even your login or PSN account than somehow it must have been formatted. Any non-friendly technophobes in your house?
