PS3 Move Patching Jailbroken Games?

I think the subject asks it all. Im thinking of getting the Move addon to use with some of my pre-existing games like Resident Evil 5, etc. My original game is backed up on hard drive.

Can you patch jailbroken games for the Move? Does it require the original disk? Basically Im asking for the process. Is it different per game?

From what I have seen, the move updates seem to be just like any other game patches...often they are mandatory updates for non-JB units. This might vary for some games...as not all games use .pkg updates.

I don't know if the move actually works with these...but I do know the patches seem to install without issue.
