I have used Willowtree to do whatever,and I have my character on a flash drive, but I can't figure out how to copy it back to my PS3.I have seen all sorts of tutorials on how to get your save back to your 360, but none on the PS3. Can anyone help me out with this?

It should be as simple as copying it to a USB thumb drive, plugging it to your PS3 and copying it over to it. The only problem I see you might run into is either having the wrong folder structure on the thumb drive or not being able to see the data but that is an easy fix by pressing triangle and selecting "show all". But that is IF that is how you are copying/editing stuff with Willowtree as I don't have hands on experience with it. It should basically be the reverse of how you got it off the PS3 to begin with.
