From what i read there is the following model #'s for the ps3 slim:
CECH2001A
CECH2001B
CECH2003A
CECH2003B
CECH2004A
CECH2004B

Are the '04 model newer or is there a uk, us version? what is the difference. What do you have????

I don't know the specifics, but I know that sony makes a new model number for every little change. There are already 2 different versions of the NA console (different harddrive sizes, otherwise identical)...I assume this is the same for all the other regions...and all regions get their own model numbers too...so I assume there should also be a CECH2002A, CECH2002B, and possibly even some CECH2005x models.
