PS3 Video Chat Problems Please Help

I have approximately 6 Mbps internet speed, im using DSL, and whenever I video chat I can see and hear the other people fine, but they can't receive a streaming video of me. Audio works fine, and I attempted to run a speed test on my PS3 and it came up with an error message saying my router doesn't support IP Fragments, i was wondering if this could cause the problem, and if so how to fix it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I don't think it is going to work with DSL...if you have 6mbps download speed, then you probably have about 1mbps upstream...you should be happy if you can voice chat.
