My PS3 is connected via s-video to my tv tuner on my pc via a converter.

Cables r properly connected but the tuner software does nt pick it up ? y ?

Probably something in the tuner settings; without knowing what tuner you have, it is hard even to guess.

well its a manhattan tuner ... can't rmb though .. think its x8000
