I baught my 80g fat ps3 in june this year.
In the last time i noticed it is a little bit slow, for example:
when I play nfs shift the game sometimes plays in slow motion for a few secodns and then it fixes. But yesterday I noticed that the loaing time is also longer than it was before.

what can i do about it

slow loading times, freezing, skipping that all has to do most of the time with the laser wearing out, it will eventually die and not read any blueray movies or games at all, you would need to replace the laser with a new one.

How old is it? if its used then it will most likely be the laser is already on its last leg.
