Is anyone else playing this I'm Still Downloading the update looks like its going to take about an hour.
I Can't Wait to get in there.
This could be the best game ever made or at least a start to a new world of gaming.
I started out with Atari I still can't believe Gaming has come this far.
well after about an hour and a half I have Mag installed.
NOW it says
Could not connect to game universe Undergoing maintenance.
How much maintenance could there be It's a beta It was just released yesterday WTF?
I don't care if It's a beta or Not Zipper is the worst company in the world They never live up to anything I don't know why I thought it would be different this time.

Its a ->BETA<- Crap is gonna go wrong, thats the whole point of a beta, to fix problems they will encounter before the game comes out, not for your personal enjoyment. If you think that a company is the worst in the world for having tech problems with their beta you're in for a rude awakening.
Especially since tons of people would line up around the block just to get into the beta including myself, its a bit of a smack in the face when you see people who did get in complaining about it sucks such as this.
yeah Sorry about that, I was very frustrated at the moment I wrote that.
But They had sony's people Testing the Beta for over a month to make sure it would run fine.So It's not really A beta It's a demo Just like the last socom beta it wasn't a beta it was demo you had to preorder the game to get in.
There isn't even a place to report the Bugs/Glitches.
Everybody reported Gliches in the socom Beta and the Glitches are still there.
Beta my butt it's more like an advertising scam.
Why would a billion doller company sony have regular people Beta test it.(Like they really know what to look for?)
well it's been about 3 hours now all I'm saying is there is to many over paid under educated people in this world.

Yeah its all linked, I only did it like 4 or 5 months ago though and I don't really post on the official forum's at all. So I assume you have to be a fairly active member on the forums to get into the GAP. AFD just seems more relevant to my interests and a lot of the PS forums is just noobary (if that's even a word).
And Socom Confrontation still isn't all that much different from the beta/demo, and slant 6 is slow as molasses, zipper's a bit more keen it seems.

Man I can't even remember how I got into GAP, but I've been with them for years. Though just cause you're in GAP doesn't mean you get into all the Betas! Like Killzone 2, only a certain few GAP members got in. Though I did get an invite for MAG, but haven't installed yet; just got back from vacation!
