TsMuxer conversion sound problems

I am relatively new to the PS3 and have recently started streaming from my hard drive via Tversity - Works fine with all my .avi files and i've finally worked out how to add the .srt, which is all good.

However I have started downloading blu ray/HD quality movies and am having trouble streaming them. I have used TsMuxer as per the instructions on this quality site. Unfortunately the audio files mainly seem to be in AAC and when muxing completed the files playback with no sound on the PS3 or on my computer via vlc or nero players. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong or what the easiest way to convvert AAC to something that works with TsMuxer ?
