Where to save movie file using mkv2vob?

Just got a PS3 and am trying to put on movie on it. Have a crazy question though. When it tells you to select the file you want to work with and enter the path name for where you want it saved, how do you do this, or better yet, where do you do this? I have downloaded mkv2vob, have it opened and the file I want, just don't know where you type in where you want it saved. I know, stupid question, but I have no idea where to put this. TIA.

If i got it right, you dont know where mkv2vob gives you the option were to save the output file?
if thats the case.
When you open mk2vod it says source file and under it "destination directory" at the right of it, it has a button that says "browse" click it and a new windows will appear, from that window select the output directory that you want and press ok.

or you want the output file be saved directly to PS3?
if that is the case, that is not possible.
3 options External HDD, Via Media server or burn it to a DVD
