all i think is the reason ps3s sales r low is because theres a credit crunch and xbox 360s r 180£/$ and ps3s r 300£/$ the reason ps3s are expensive is because there better think about it home brand chocolate bars rnt as good as cadburys chocolate and cadburys chocolate costs more i no every xbox user most probally hates me but its cus they have never played ps3 they played an xbox more and have become attached to it like a child becomes attached to its mum the child likes it because its theres and think no ones mum is better i have 3 freinds who both have xboxes and i allways shake my head wenever they tell me to buy an xbox and sometimes if theres something an xbox has that a ps3 hasent they go shuve it in my face. thats why were not freinds no more. do you think i made a good desicion

The 360 has done better because microsoft isn't afraid to bribe companies and commit antitrust violations in public. On top of that, they sell the "arcade" version very cheap...it ends up very expensive once you buy all the things that are built into a PS3, but it appears cheap at first.

Price isn't always a measure of quality...just look at Apple; their devices are very expensive!

And why has this thread even garnered two (three now) responses? All it is is a txtspk nerd-rant that has no place here. It's like running into a mall and screaming bloody murder because your ex broke up with you and then asking if the gathered crowd agrees with you. Unless s/he's the owner of that mall, and even if s/he is, keep it to yourself.

That said, MS does do a really good job of marking its products up a couple hundred percentage points via a name brand add-on. So yeah, it is in fact just like Apple. I don't know why I never saw that before.

What a pointless thread. Why do people have this pissing-contest "I'm right" obsession? The arguments over consoles are as obstinate (and futile) as religious arguments. If you truly believed in your own argument you would not have to tell others that they have chosen the wrong option.

If you really appreciated your PS3 you would be playing on it, rather than posting an ill informed, spelling mistake riddled comment that has no pertinence whatsoever. I own all 3 of the current gen consoles. I enjoy playing them all and at no point have I ever though of arrogantly telling others which system is unequivocally better.
