YLOD "fixed" but not working (cant load games/DVD)

Hello everyone I would like some help on my weird situation

Background:
I got YLOD without any broken screens previously

The fix:
I had followed the famous PDF and youtubes to fix it, but I dont have a heat gun available here so I used a hair dryer.

What happened:
+ Green light comes back

Problem facing:
+ I got nice screens
+ I can play audio CD
- Games not loading (black screen after choosing the game
- Game Demos not loading
- Whenever I put a DVD into it, I wont play and tell it because of region issue (I DID play those DVDs before!)

Additional information:
- It can update to 3.0 without an error
- It can play game trailers


People please give me some advise about this sticky situation, so far error lights didnt come back at all but I cannot play any game nor play any DVDs!

That trick does not always work...it is a fix for solder that has cracked due to extreme differences between cold temperature and operating temperature. It does not always work to repair all of the solder connections, and even when it does, there may still be heat damage to the chips themselves.

The heat gun is a vital part of this fix, as you need to have 350 degrees to get the solder semi-molten, but no more otherwise it will run and create all new problems.

This YLOD trick is just a quick fix...and quick fixes don't always work, especialy when you cut corners on something that is already cutting corners.
