hello all ,
hope somebody can answer a question or three ,
I would like to install homebrew on my wii but I read that if you update your wii that the homebrew won't work is this correct ,
Also should I have my wii constantly connected to the net so as to run the homebrew channel ?
ok that's all for now and thanks in advance

4.2 has also been hacked so go ahead and update, then softmod.
HBC does not require constant connection unless you plan on using the browser.

i have a 4.2u i bought it that way.. then installed the softmod..
but as with every mod.. if theres no reason to update .. then dont.. if all your games work great.. then keep it that way..
If it aint broke. dont fix it. read up on what exactly the difference between the udpate and your softmod now.
NEVER update just because there IS an update out.
