Not all systems can install Boootmii to Boot2. Usually Bootmii will install to boot2 first, if it can not install to boot2 it will install as an IOS. So more then likely your Wii is new enough that Boot2 is blocked from Bootmii to install to it. Nothing can be done about it. You can still backup your NAND if Bootmii is insatled as an IOS.

new wiis have the boot1 exploit fixed. therefore boot2 cannot be exploited. and NO, you cannot get the exploit.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

Start the HBC and after HBC loads press the HOME button on the Wiimote. In the list that comes up choose Launch Bootmii. After Bootmii launches you can then backup your NAND.
