can anyone tell me where i can download the boot program from as i have a load of hucky games and am unable to use them. i dont want to chip it if i dont have to

since new wiis can no longer read burn't discs,your only option is to soft mod your system.

Burnt discs cannot be read on recent wii's, it started with the black wii's.
Modmii ( google) will soft mod your wii
If your wii can play backups then look for neogamma.
If not your games can be played from a hard drive, look for Cfg loader, gx loader or wii flow.
