I'm a complete novice when it comes to this subject. I followed all the guides and found I could only install Bootmii as an IOS (don't even know what bootmii does, I just followed the instruction).

Anyway; I installed it anyway and after looking around it seems that it's vulnerable.

Please can someone help me and explain what is my next step :-( - There's just a flood of information and I can't sift through what I really need.

Bootmii is used to recover a partially bricked wii. If you are a newbie get a program called modmii, run it on your pc, answer the questions. It will produce a guide and download everything you need.

This is what I done; and this is where it left me. I didn't really notice any instructions regarding this.

Basically, I downloaded ModMii, let it do it's thing on a SD card. When opened the letterbomb, got similar screen to this;

Installed homebrew anyway, and proceeded to install Bootmii as a IOS. Both installed fine and I haven't touched the Wii since.

Modmii gave you a guide

If you got to the end then you did everything, if you didnt then you need to complete the remaining steps to install the cios's (its on the SD card if you closed the web page)
