As far as I know of what I read the layer break can be left as default in IMGBurn.

yeah i tried burning it without messing with any settings and i would go to play one of the games and then it would give green screen then take me back to home menu. tried seing if i could put the layer break info in one of the settings options, burned again and did same thing. is there any other software other than imgburn that would be good and are tdk dvd +r dl discs any good at all?

If you have a softmod you might need to use an Alt_Dol method using NeoGamma R7.

I have burned with img in dual layer. i used verbatim 2.4X DVD+R DL

I´ve burned with speed 2.

To set layer break:

Go to Tools > Settings > "Write" tab and you should see the Layer-break setting you can't miss it.

set the layer break to 2084960

For me it worked perfectly.

If you use a mod chip like Yaosm you do not need to set the layerbreak and you can use any recording software you like.

There are 2 versions of PAL game. One is bad (recorder stops after burning first layer), other works perfect with IMGBURN. Use same layerbreak as in SSBM (2084960)
