hi all,i have a 4.3e console and i softmodded using this guide

my question is am i safe to install priiloader to stop annoying system updates on newer games. i have read that using priiloader with moddified cIOS is dangerous and could brick my wii. If so can anyone else suggest some thing else to stop updates.
