Can't Access External Hard Drive After 4.01 Update

Hi.

Just updated my already homebrew enabled Wii to 4.01. Followed all the steps correctly and every thing else works fine. However, when I start up USB Loader GX, it says that it can't recognise my hard drive or something similar to that. Can't remember exactly as I'm not next to my Wii but does anyone have a solution?

Switch the USB HDD to the other USB Port on the back of the Wii and see if that helps.
