Can USB Loader GX backup WITH updates?

It seems when I make a backup of my games, the loader automatically removes the update partition. Is there a way to make it keep the partition on the disk image?? Thanks.

No. When an ISO image file is transposed to the HDD in WBFS format only the raw files are extracted. In essence, raw image files contain the slightest data just sufficient enough to play the game. You can burn an un-scrubbed game file onto a disc and then boot it with Neogamma. This, however, involves risk of bricking your system if you or someone inadvertently install updates outside of your region. It is rather pointless in my opinion.
