cant install homebrew channel get error! (ret=-1029)

hi all . can anyone help me , i have had my wii running fine for sometime now using homebrew channel and various channels including the gx loader with usb hard drive , but recently it started giving me a few problems .

so silly me decided to reformat the wii to factory settings v3.1e and reinstall the banner bomber . if only it was that easy , now when i try to install the bomber i get an error!(ret=-1029) and it doesnt even load homebrew on . can anyone help .. thanks in advance ..

is it still v3.1e? are you hooked up to net also when installing?

hi yes its still 3.1e and no when i was trying to install it it wasnt connected to the internet
