cfg can't play monster hunter tri

I know this game really rocks so I want to play it but the problem is the cfg can't play it. I've tried playing it using ios 249 and it start until I press begin to play and the screen turns black screen with noisy beep. I've tried to load it in 222-mload but I'm stuck in the screen where they say loading in 222-mload base 38 I think, I've wait about 10 mins and it still stuck. I've tried 223-mload and still the same.
Did I install hermes ios 222/223 properly? Is there any ios I need to install? Thank you.
