Configurable USB Loader not reading the SD

this happened once.. but all did was to take it out, check it on the PC and put it back and it worked
but today it aint working
this is what happens.. boot up the program, notice the covers are missing, try to download them again and i get a "unable to access SD:\usb-loader\covers"
if i try anything else (like update titles.txt or wiitdb also get the same error
so i can asume that for some reason he wont see the SD
already tried "reinstalling" it
btw this is a first gen wii, 4.2u, wad launcher
games are on a ntfs
everything was working since..mm.. tuesday i think

i swaped the card, tried a smaller one (mine is 16gb), the 2gb works fine.. so im gonna let it be.
i will use the big card for wiiware and the small for stuff
