Disc Read Error after Softmod 4.1

Is there a chance for the Wii to get DRE right after doing a softmod. I did the softmod using Larry's guide & now it's giving me DRE. I can't even play my original games.

Any ideas? Is it the laser or could a file have messed something up?

Please help!!
