Disc read error with chipped wii

First of all hi to all.

I have had a DriveKey Chip installed in my wii.
I cannot get any burned games to run at all I just get an error message.
After downloading I extracted the iso using Winrar and patched it with WiiBrickBlocker then burned it with ImgBurn at x1 speed.
I used Verbatim DVD-r discs. Am I missing something or just completely inept lol ?

By the way all the games I have tried have worked for others with softmodded systems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
