I'm just wondering, is it possible to switch the music in the US version of dragon ball Z budokai tenkaichi 3 with the jap version?

I don't know much about that game in particular, but I do know that game content can be changed, but you'd need a File Replacement Gecko code for that particular game like the one used for Super Smash Bros Brawl. Whether one has even been made is beyond me, you'll have to search around. Changing game content is pretty tricky.
