I was just wondering if I could put a gamecube iso into my external hard drive and I would be able to play it in Uloader just like a normal wii game?

No. USB loaders don't support loading gamecube games over a USB, and considering how the wii handles GC games it is unlikely that they ever will.

No, you need either a gc backup launcher, The GCOS Multigame Edition Disc, or just load it via the disc channel.
