DOP-MII problem

IT all started with metroid other m freezing in the usb loader gx, practically giving up I decided to do a system check with DOP MII and it turns out my wii won't even let me do that. After a few seconds the screen goes black with the first words saying Exception (DSI)occured! after it there is some coding and it freezes wondering if anybody could help me out with what the problem might be.
