Error #001 Softmod

Ok all as requested i started new thread cause error #001, here is what i have done. My wii version is 4.1E i followed larry nice guide and managed to install onto the wii the homebrew channel 1.0.3 ios60 V24.30, i followed the guide completly and also managed to get a channel up saying neogamma backup loader R6.
the full version is : NeoGamma R6 ios249 (Rev 6)

I have only tried so far with 1 game but will be downloading more i am burning at 2x/4x with vertabim dvd-R.

I also have put into the apps section of sd card a folder name Gecko, and put the boot.dol into here this appears in homebrew channell and Once clicked i press load and press launch game it tells me : Error No dvd
Gecko OS 1.07

Thanks for any suggestions or any games that i can try to download to get it working.
