Error ret -1029 installing neogamma channel on Korean wii

Hi there,

I have a Korean wii (3.3K) with HBC and Gecko channel installed. I kept getting error #002 when loading some games so started to run them through neogamma from my SD card. This works fine.

However, I would like to install neogamma as a channel on my wii. I ran WADmanager 1.4 but when I try to load Backup Launcher-WBKL.wad, I get error ret -1029.

Neogamma tells me I have cIOS249 rev7. If I run cIOS38rev13 installer will this help or will it brick my Korean wii?
