ERROR! ret= -1 Wad manager... PLEASE HELP! ARRRGH

I keep getting this error code for wad manager..
Error ret = -1

WTF?
Im on firmware 4.0e
Not sure why its doing this?

No wad manager seems to work for me.

Also thought id add.
I have a Wad folder in Apps.
Wad installer 2.1 FOLDER in Apps
And wad Manager FOLDER in Apps

Do you have a wad folder at the root of the SD card with your wad files in it?

You will have the app itself in the apps folder. But in order for WAD Manager to find any wad files you need to add them to the wad folder at the root of the SD card.

No i do not have one there..
Do i need to delete the WAD folder in Apps?
