EU equivalent of LU64+?

I always hear about the problems with LU64 and above, but in Europe don't we have serials beginning with LEH? Are there any LEH Wiis that have the issues that LU64+ have and if so, what are the serial numbers? I'm thinking of buying a Wii and I've found on that has a serial number starting LEH1311. Is that all good for soft modding or not?
