Due to an unfortunate event, my friend tripped over the wire of my wii making it fall into its untimely demise. The game was stuck in there so me and my friends used tweezers to take out the game. Now any game I try to put won't be inserted.

Need anymore details just ask.

Someone said that the prongs have been jammed, we (me and my dad) have opened the wii up, followed somethings, couldn't find the answer, when we forced the CD in, the wii won't start turning the disc. It's like no power went through. ( It would seem there was this purple gray thick thing that fell out, we reconnected it. Nothing).

What's the problem and how do I fix it?

Wii drives are very complex and difficult to repair. I know 2 people who have had their wii's DVD drive break. One bought a replacement drive which I installed for him and it works great now.

The other didn't want to spend that much money so I set her up with a USB loader. Her drive is still broken but she plays all her games from an 8gig flash drive now.

I modded my wii so If replace my DVD drive wouldn't that not have the modded capabilities? And they are quite expensive as well. And some of my games are actual paid for games so I don't want to hook up a USB loader.

My loading motor doesn't start. I could go into Wii menu and do everything else it just won't accept discs, Eject, or even start the wii motor to spin.

Help?
