Gamecube Backup launcher 2 prob

I had it working just fine, I had Neogamma as a channel and when I loaded the gamecube backup with it, it would automatically switch to the wii gator launcher and then proceed like normal. Then, it just stopped working and the screen you go to TV, although you could hear the game sound. The only thing I have changed lately was updating the USB loader GX and installing a few wads. Tried to delete game cube launcher and start from scratch (all recommended misos and stuff have already been installed) but it does the same thing. I could never get it to launch right from the homebrew channel, it would go black and white and then the picture would start flipping.

Any suggestions would bring my blessings and gratitude!
