Gecko OS Crash

I recently purchased New Super Mario Brothers
Had some issues in game so decided to load some ocarina codes.

Here is what took place.

Using Codemgr.exe (Wii Code Manager) to load some codes onto memory card, loading them onto SD successfully .
I went to insert my SD card into wii.
Started Wii, loaded Homebrew.
Went to Gecko OS 192b.
Starting Gecko and after just starting Gecko is restarts and goes back to wii channel menu.
Thinking this may be some error I tried loading from the .dol and .elf of the gecko OS (They where both on card) Both of them crash.

Went back to PC. Deleted some playlist file, odd name file, new game codes.and rebooted Gecko . Still Crash.

Currently I have 4 folders on SD card.
Apps
codes
Txtcodes
WAD
Temp

and Config.dat.

Reloaded Gecko OS and same thing happens.
Try Apps like Ocarina and says invalid .

Any ideas on what could cause the issue ?

Problem solved...
I disconnected the gamecube controller and it worked fine.
