I have CIOSCORP install because I can launch the few games I have on DVD+R Sony Media from the disk channel. I Know that Vibrant -R is the media of choice but I have Sony and to date they worked. As for the possibility of media being the issue I could have burnt the game to fast. In the norm 2x is the choice but I recall in the recap of the burn Max burn was 4.1x. Dummy me deleted my ISO before testing the disk so I need to extract it again to try another disk.

Game errors with
An Error has occurred. Press Eject, Remove Game, Turn off power
Is this typical for a Software error or a Media Error?

I thought at one point I followed a guide that had me install IOS56-64-v5146.
But did I do that? I don't recall.
I know I did not install the other parts of the guide. So there may be my answer. Guide I have is

Guitar Hero 5 - Run from Disk Guide:

1. Install this wad.
IOS56-64-v5146.wad

2. Download and run multicios, and install IOS 37 as IOS 232.
MulticIOS Download Here

3. Download and run SoftChip, make sure to use IOS 232 and make sure the 002 Fix is enabled.

4. Disk in, turn up, rock out!

In your opinion should I run this guide into my system. I'm questioning at what point dose on game fix remove the patches done for another. I Now run all my games via CFG USBloader BUT there is a big issue with USBloader and DLC content with Guitar Games that the game for some reason will not delete the Content from the system memory ever after copied to a SD card. You must use the Wii Data Management to delete it.

I have a lot here and I think on of the above will explain my error and then I will know how to fix it. But what one?????

UPATE:
As I wait for your feedback I found some threads on installing IOS56-64-v5146 Rev14. I may give that a try as well before the above guide. Turns out that when I used my Retail Copy of Band Hero I get the Error 204036. I see some post that IOS56-64-v5146 Rev14 will fix this. I did not know that BH used the same DLC list. Buy the song in one game it is available in the Other. So if worse comes to worse and Rev14 fixes the DLC error 204036 I will be good and eliminate Down Load left overs. As a note I did not have and issue with my CFG USBLoader v50-fat not deleting my song after playing it from the SD. Is this an old issue that has been resolve in the latest CFG USBLoader?
