if any one is having a problem when trying to play grand slam tennis online using a backup copy of the game then you will need to learn how to boot games from an external hard drive using usb loaders (google it theres plenty of info about).

The problem comes down to load times, an original copy of the game loads alot quicker than a backup copy of the game so when you want to connect to some online who is running an original copy of the game then they will load it quicker than you and by the time you have loaded your backup copy the connection has been lost.

I have learnt how to run games from an external drive using usb loader and the speed of the game during setup is a lot faster and more importantly there are no more online connection errors, hope this is of use to the people who are having the same dreaded online problems as i have had for weeks....
