I've searched the forum for an answer about my question but couldn't find enough information (this thread seems similar but I didn't understand what to do there http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-154/...key_1-796316/).
NTSC Wii with WiiKey.
Hero Smash Hits or Guitar Hero 5 (both NTSC games) I get a system update message.

i have wii with wii key and did update no problem, thought the nfo with it said it was scrubbed, the games alright.

So I just put in the game, it prompts for an update, click yes, and that's it?

I believe my wii key us at 1.9s, and yes I put the game in and did updat, you will be fine ,Only as long that the game is from the same region as the console ( wii ) I always make sure the games been scrubbed and compressed. And it'll update and you'll be playing! Goodluck

wii scrubber is a program that cleans and shrinks (scrubs and compresses)the backup image.
