Hi i know there LOTS of forums or Infos about Half-Briked WII

im just wondering if there another way i can FIx This

im not 100% sure what Mod Chip i got but i got a sticker says

X.D. "D2e" is that a MOD Chip???

my Brother half-bricked it with Super Smash brother Brawl USA Version

now i cant go into options and stuff

can you guys please help?
